Agreements with ASL / INAIL

Ortopedia Zambelli is an ASL and INAIL accredited company, thus authorized to provide prostheses, orthoses, and aids.

Citizens affected by specific conditions causing disabilities, provided they meet the eligibility requirements, can obtain the prescribed devices listed in the Tariff Nomenclature (D.M. 332/99) following a prescription made by a specialist doctor.

The citizen must contact:

• the family doctor, who issues a referral for a specialist visit aimed at a potential prosthetic prescription
• the prescribing specialist doctor from a public or private accredited facility included in the ASL list of prosthetic aid prescribers, who creates the online prescription via the Mod. 03 using web software
• the authorized company providing prostheses, which delivers the prescribed aids within the time limits set by the mentioned regulations
• the prescribing specialist, who conducts the testing of the provided aids.
