Even when we don’t realize it, the torso, trunk, and spine work for us, involved in every movement, in every activity.
However, very often stress, physical trauma, and incorrect behaviors crystallize wrong postural habits that can compromise physical well-being. Often, therefore, the incorrect posture is so ingrained that it is no longer perceived as wrong.
Through Biofeedback, the error is highlighted, and the correct posture is retrained.
